This class stresses major motor coordination activities, spatial awareness, hand-eye coordination, socialized group activities, exploration, and individual development through a system of carefully selected gymnastics and related activities. A positive, encouraging approach, as well as equipment made just for their size, is always used. This class is fun for Mom (or Dad) as well as your future gymnast.
